Commentary
The former Electricity Board Works depot. The site is due for redevelopment as a retirement village, subject to planning approval. The mature trees in the photograph will be retained. Planning permission as been applied for 100 houses/flats.

OldTools
A group of old tools and a pair of glasses found laying in the former electricity board yard.
GateCottage
The former north gate house for Milton Hall. This now 'derelict' cottage is grade 2 listed, and will be restored as part of the redevolepment of the former Electricity Yard Depot.
